the window on a sunny autumn evening
Breeze
is blowing back the curtains, sky is bright
Leaves
are dropping, roses going out of season
And
although we'll miss the summer, this feels right
Changing
seasons give us reasons for rejoicing
Changing
times and changing minds give room for growth
Changing
spaces sometimes comes with changing weather
Change
within and change without, we can do both
In
the window all the autumn leaves are dancing
The
trees far off and trees close up, they dance as one
Nature
gladdened with the spirit of the changing
Take
a lesson, give our thanks, when day is done
Changing
seasons give us reasons for rejoicing
